Christines brother Terry and his wife Julie arrived this afternoon. They are in from Calgary, and we are really excited to get together with them tomorrow morning. We really don't get to see each other enough, but I guess that is what happens in life, as circumstance change. Tomorrow will be a big day! We are off to the hospital tomorrow for blood tests to find out if Brenns blood counts are high enough to start her third round of Chemotherapy! I am apprehensive for no good reason I suppose, but since it has been over a week since the last blood test, it is really hard to have a good feeling for it. Christine and I both think that she is in need of some red blood cells, but we will find out tomorrow. It really is weird to know what signs to look for when it comes to what she may or may not need in her blood, but she is still doing really well. She still has lots of energy, and lots of spirit!
Some days down here are pretty hard even when we are so blessed with lots of things to do, and lots of time together. Living communally at times can be difficult, since not all people in this house have the same morals, or ideals that we do. Some times it gets a bit stressful, but overall it has been incredibly good. There was a family in here over the weekend that really made it tough to be here. They really made everyone stressed out, and no one wanted to be anywhere near here or around anyone else. They have left now, and everyone has sighed a huge sigh of relief, but for some reason, I have been unable to break the funk so far. I am sure that tomorrow will be a better day, as we are going to see Terry and Julie, and also get some answers to blood levels. Thanks for the prayers!
Scott
